Ken Cook ~ Out of the Workshop
Quote from the Catalogue of the exhibition at Pangolin London
Exhibition continues until 17 Sept 2022
“Stephanie made, at times, some of the most complex sculpture I was asked to cast with the most challenging colour requests. Multi- part still lives with lobsters, bowls of fruit, tables with decorative tops, skulls - you name it. Initially Stephanie lived in the UK and nearby the foundry, later moving to London and then Australia when plaster sculptures would continue to arrive from ‘down under’ in a crate and the finished bronzes being packed up and returned. Special attention always had to be given to the customs declarations to ensure they knew the contents were cast bronze and not fresh produce!! There was no email or zoom calls then and a fax machine was hastily purchased. Although it still Woke me up at least I knew it was Stephanie.” Ken Cook

Sculpture Garden
Still lives combining fruit, vegetables and cloth, animals and flowers, and family members have all been immortalised in bronze by Stephanie Fuller over her career as an artist. Over the last twenty years Stephanie’s sculptures have been exhibited from London, Australia and Los Angeles, many of the first editions finding a resting place in this sculpture garden some years ago, often forming the centre piece of planned garden rooms.
